Living and working in the North East of Adelaide, Quality of Movement's Peppa is offering fitness and strengethening through Pilates that is hard to find in the North East Tea Tree Gully, St Agnes, Hope Valley area.
Peppa, Quality of Movement's pilates instructor has been teaching clinical Pilates at a high standard for over 6 years, she has a diploma in Pilates and she is APMA qualified. Peppa also has qualifications in trigger point massage and she specialises in Pilates for rehabilitation, pregnancy and post natal as well as for athletes and dancers.
Peppa is dedicated to providing the safest and most effective way for you to reach your fitness, strengthening your core or rehabilitation goals.
Every pilates session will be planned with your specific needs in mind, whether it be weight loss, increased strength, improved cardiovascular endurance or general fitness for better quality of life.
Quality of Movement offers outstanding training methods in the North Eastern suburbs which allow anyone, regardless of their age or physical ability, to improve their fitness and strength.
Kate has been a part of the Quality of Movement team since September 2016.
She studied dance in various styles from the age of 12 and after giving up dancing as a young adult she always felt like part of her was missing.
Kate decided to pursue a career as a Barre Instructor realising she could combine her passion for dance with her love of keeping fit and healthy.
When you meet Kate you will find she has fun bubbly personality that shines onto others.
Kate’s focus is to help all her clients achieve their goals in a fun and safe environment.
