ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
We’ve been a certified and practicing Pilates Studio since 2014. Owner and operator Peppa is always striving to meet her clients needs through both traditional and modern pilates methods. Our home studio provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to both the budding pilates student or the beginner looking to give pilates a try. Located in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, Quality of Movement offers a unique and family feel to it's valued clients.

At Quality of Movement, our boutique pilates studio in Adelaide offers personalised fitness solutions to help you achieve your wellness goals. Whether you’re old or young, pregnant or have physical problems. We cater to everyone, making sure you get special 1:1 help to reach your fitness goals.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
Assessment $85 (Includes 1st & 2nd group class Free)
EQUIPMENT SESSIONS
Assessment $85
Double assessment $120
Private classes $80
Casual group class $40
Block of 5 Pilates Classes $175 - Valid for 7 weeks
Block of 10 Pilates Classes $300 - Valid for 12 weeks
Block of 20 Pilates Classes $500 - Valid for 17 weeks
Please note the block of 20 discount is suited to the clients coming multiple times in the week.
Requirements
Our studio is fitted with all the equipment and props but we suggest you bring a bottle of water and sweat towel to each class. Grip socks are necessary during Pilates and Barre for hygiene and safety purposes. If you don't have a pair we stock some for sale for $22.95
Bookings

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation policy
We have a 24hr cancellation policy if you are unable to make class. Your class will be forfeited. If you have a sick certificate then we will gladly replace the class.
Refunds
There are no refunds at our studio but you can most certainly change your classes into a friends name for them to enjoy.

Peppa Hann
Studio Owner
Peppa opened Quality of Movement in 2014, driven by a passion to help others move well and feel their best. Her journey with Pilates began during her years as a professional dancer, performing around the world and using the method to support and strengthen her body.
Peppa has created a family-friendly home studio that blends traditional and modern Pilates techniques in a space that’s relaxed, welcoming, and tailored to her clients’ individual needs.
Kelly Lehmann
Instructor
Kelly’s love for Pilates began 13 years ago as a client, and it quickly grew into a passion for teaching. She became an instructor to help others feel better in their bodies, easing aches and improving movement. Kelly finds real joy in watching her clients grow stronger and more confident with every session.

This has quickly become a popular service at Quality of Movement, helping clients achieve ultimate relaxation, self care & focusing on health and wellbeing.
50 mins in the wellness room for clients to do as they wish could be to stretch, meditate, sauna, journal, listen to a podcast or read a book. Its a tranquil space to stop and leave the daily stressors of the outside world behind.
When we commit to our health we need to be consistent. So we have two incredible memberships available that are set up to be direct debited weekly.
Once a week Sauna commitment - $20
Twice a week Sauna commitment - $40
A casual one off session is $25.

FAQ
DO I NEED TO DO THE ASSESSMENT
A one on one assessment is very important because during this assessment we are able to teach the correct breathing and core activation so that you get the most out of your Pilates sessions. We will discuss your goals and what you are trying to achieve. We will get a detailed understanding of your body and devise a specialised program especially for you from this assessment.
CAN I CLAIM WITH MY HEALTH FUND
Every health fund is different so you would need to check with them in regards to what your cover offers but usually the answer is no. If your private health has a health and wellness program you might be in luck.
HOW MANY CLASSES A WEEK SHOULD I DO
We suggest 2-3 because you will feel better and get results faster. We understand that time constraints or financially that might not be possible so a commit to once a week and your own practice at home would be ideal.
